In addition to the scope software, you need to also have a spreadsheet open, and then hand-copy each numerical result into the spreadsheet. Then take the next acquisition and start the process all over again. In most cases, the manufacturer's products won't allow you to even open all the measurements you need at once, so you'll have to go through the entire acquisition sequence multiple times. Made a mistake typing the value in and not catch it? Oops, that value is now going to be printed in the datasheet.
